Jeffrey Dahmer was a quiet, isolated child. His father claimed that when he was eight years old he was abused by another local boy. This is something Jeff would strongly deny when being questioned in prison. One of his school friends described him as “kind, funny, but very odd. He was tall but he wouldn’t bully other children, yet when someone fell over, he would simply laugh”.
He had a love for nature, like many children and took an interest in how things lived- and died. He would spend most of his time at home either with his little brother or prowling the woods for animals.
Most notably he had a strange obsession for bones, this was an obsession that lived with him throughout his life.
